Stripe does not share any credit card information with our store at any time and it's sole purpose is to process the payment.

- If the transaction is declined, you may need to contact your banking institution and let them know you are making a purchase at our store for the given amount and then try processing the payment again.
- Once a transaction is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

How do I know the payment is successful?
You will receive a transaction receipt in your email inbox used during your purchase that includes your order number and purchase receipt. If you did not receive your receipt please check your spam folder to make sure the email receipt was not mis-directed. For further questions use the contact us form and a member from our team will resend the receipt manually to your email inbox after verifying the correct email.
What should I do after payment?
