Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.


At Flappos, we are very happy to offer Free Shipping within the continental USA and most countries!


When you order something from our website, sometimes we might not be able to process the order for different reasons. We can decide not to accept or cancel an order at any time. To make sure everything is safe and correct, we might ask for more information like your phone number or address before we accept your order. This helps us prevent any problems with credit or debit cards. Sometimes we might need to check your identity, where you live, or your banking details to be sure everything is okay.


We try our best to show the right prices on our website, but mistakes can happen. If we accidentally show the wrong price for something, we might contact you to ask what to do, or we might have to cancel your order and tell you why. We can refuse or cancel orders even if we already confirmed them and charged your credit card.


We work hard to send out your order as quickly as possible once you've placed it. All orders are processed right after you order them.

tracking instructions

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).


- Tracking Information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after issuance.

- Track Your Order: You can track your order via our website. Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking portal to view the status of your order.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the shipping information entered is correct. To expedite shipping and handling times, we strive to minimize the time frame for rectifying any errors or omissions in the shipping address. If you think you may have provided an incorrect shipping address please reach out to us immediately using the contact us form on this site and we will do our best to either reroute or correct the shipping information for you in a timely manner.

Lost/Stolen packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking number information indicates that your order was delivered to your shipping address or a delivery attempt was made please contact your local courier company referencing your tracking number.  If you need any further assistance please contact us using the contact us form so one of our team members can help you as soon as possible.

Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition. However, if your package sustains any damage during transit, please let us know immediately. We'll initiate a case with the carrier and take necessary action to resolve the issue in your best interest.

Customs, duties and taxes

When we send orders to other countries, there might be extra taxes or customs fees when the package gets to you. This doesn't happen often, but if it does, you will need to pay those extra charges. We recommend checking with your local authorities to find out if there might be any extra costs before you place an order.

Shipping protection insurance:

If something happens to your order after it's left at your front door, like theft, damage, or delivery mistakes, your order will be covered for the amount you paid. You can choose to add this extra insurance at checkout if it's available for the given product.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Flappos is not responsible if you enter the wrong address during checkout. Please double-check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct when you place your order. If we make a mistake, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

What if my package is lost/stolen in transit?

If your package's tracking number says it was delivered but you can't find it, please check around your house, lobby, or mailroom. Ask your neighbors in case they picked it up for you or if it was delivered to them by mistake. Wait 1-2 business days to see if the carrier delivers it again. If you still can't find it after 2 business days, contact your local post office to file a claim using your tracking number. Wait for their response, then email us at hello@flappos.com with their reply so we can help you further.


Flappos is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the address on your order. For extra peace of mind, we recommend choosing expedited and/or our shipping insurance option, which includes a free replacement for stolen packages.


If the tracking information doesn't update for 10 business days, we'll consider the item lost in transit. Contact us at hello@flappos.com, and we'll process a replacement for you.

missing items procedure

- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via hello@flappos.com 

- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

return policy

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving your order. See our Return Policy for more information.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, hello@flappos.com will cover the return shipping costs.

- Refund: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.
